Privacy policy
Big Free Casino is a free play-money casino and a project of Miles Media. There are no accounts and no real money, and we never ask for your name or email. This page lists what the site stores in your browser, what it sends out and how to turn the sending off.
Updated October 26, 2026
The short version
- Your balance, stats, history and settings are saved in your browser.
- While sharing is on, the site also sends anonymous play data to Google Analytics and to our own play log. The data is tied to a random player id, not to your name or email.
- You can switch sharing off in any game's Settings or on your account page, and it takes effect at once. The account page also has a button that erases your play log.
- We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and the play log doesn't store IP addresses.
What stays in your browser
Big Free Casino saves your progress in your browser's local storage so your chips and stats are there next time. It does not set cookies of its own. These are the keys it uses.
- rc.wallet.v1
- Your balance, the last 400 transactions in the cashier history, any round still open, a total of the chips you added at the cashier and your daily bonus streak.
- rc.stats.v1
- Your statistics: totals for every game, daily totals for the last 90 days, your best hand at each game, your last 200 rounds with their bets and results, and the points behind your balance chart.
- rc.settings.v1
- Your settings: sound and volume, card style, four-color deck, fast dealing, strategy hints, big-bet confirmation, reduced motion and whether you share anonymous play data.
- rc.pid
- Your anonymous player id, a random string created on your first visit. It changes when you use Delete my play data on your account page.
- rc.session
- The id, start time, last activity and count of your current visit. A new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- rc.jackpot.v1
- The last Caribbean Stud jackpot value this browser saw.
- rc.chip.* and rc.last.*
- The chip size you last used and your last bets at each table.
Games also keep their own table settings under other keys that start with rc., such as rc.table.* and rc.vp.v1. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.
Google Analytics
Big Free Casino uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6KV173PSYG) to see how the games get used. The script loads from googletagmanager.com on the live site, and only while sharing is on.
Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_6KV173PSYG. Google documents both with a default life of two years, and they tell visits from the same browser apart.
We turn off Google signals and ad personalization, and we don't use Analytics for advertising. Google Analytics reports a rough location for each visit and doesn't log or store IP addresses.
Along with the page views and the browser, device and traffic-source details Google collects by itself, the site sends Google Analytics the same events it records in its own play log. They are listed in the next section. Search words go to Google Analytics too, so keep personal details out of the search box.
It also sends four properties about you: your rewards tier, a balance range such as "1K to 10K", your favorite game and the number of games you have tried. Your anonymous player id goes to Google Analytics as the user ID, so it can count a returning browser as one user. The id is a random string, not your name or email.
Our own play log
Big Free Casino also keeps its own anonymous play log, so Miles Media can see how the site is used and fix what is broken. Your browser sends events to the site's own address, and Cloudflare stores them. A log entry can include:
- your anonymous player id, a random id for the current visit and a count of your visits
- events, each with the page and game you were on, a short label of up to 80 characters and a few details
- each round: the game, the table variant, the bet types, the amount bet, the payout, the outcome, the hand, the one-line result shown on the table and your balance afterward
- a snapshot of your play: balance, rounds, total bet and returned, net result, time played, biggest win, favorite game, games tried, rewards tier, total added at the cashier, bonus streak and rounds still open
- the page and game you are on, the page you landed on, and the site that sent you, kept as a host and path with any query string dropped
- your device type (phone, tablet or desktop), window size, language and time zone
- your country and region, which Cloudflare works out from your network connection
- a note saying whether the visits come from a person, from our own team or from an automated program such as a search engine crawler, worked out as the events arrive from the browser's description of itself and the name of the network it connects through. Only the note is kept.
The events are short notes about what you did. They cover:
- clicks on buttons and links, with a short label of what was clicked and, for links, where they point, and taps on the table, named by the spot or card you tapped
- rapid repeated clicks and clicks on things that are not buttons, which we use to find confusing spots
- which game you open, how long you play, switches between tables and games, and the rules and game info panels you open
- hints you use and best-play reviews of your choices
- the time you spend on each page
- cashier and daily bonus actions, settings changes, balance and stats resets, and the game you pick in your round history filter
- prompts the site shows you, such as the welcome message and the low-balance prompt
- game search: when you open it and the words you type, up to 60 characters
- the address of a page that was not found, and a note when you use Delete my play data
Before any text leaves your browser, for the play log or for Google Analytics, anything that looks like an email address or a run of nine or more digits is replaced with a placeholder. The play log runs the same cleanup again when it stores the text.
The play log does not store your IP address, your browser's user agent string, your city, cookies, names or email addresses. We don't record clicks on the help links on the play responsibly page.
Who else sees your data
Google receives the Google Analytics data described above. Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, sees your IP address and the pages you request when your browser connects. Miles Media runs the site and reads the play log.
We don't sell data and we don't share it with advertisers. The typefaces, graphics and code come from our own site, so no other third party loads while you play.
How long we keep it
Your browser keeps its data until you clear it. In the play log, records are deleted automatically once they are older than 24 months. The cleanup runs while people use the site, so it has no fixed schedule. Hourly totals that carry no player id stay. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 14 months at most, and the exact period is set in our Google Analytics property.
Your choices
To erase what the site keeps in your browser, clear this site's data in your browser settings. That also removes your player id, so earlier log entries can no longer be matched to your browser. If you only want to start over, your account page has Reset balance and Clear stats and history buttons.
To erase your play log on the server, open your account page and choose Delete my play data under Preferences and data. It erases everything stored under this browser's anonymous id and starts a new anonymous id. Your balance and stats stay in your browser, and data already sent to Google Analytics is not affected. If sharing is still on, the site starts a new log under the new id as you play, so switch sharing off first if you don't want that.
You can also ask Miles Media to delete your entries. Contact us and include the player code at the top of your account page. It looks like Player 8F3A2C, and we use it to find your id and remove everything stored under it.
Age
Big Free Casino is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you think a younger person has used the site, contact us.
