Terms of use

Play money only

Everything at Big Free Casino is play money. Chips and balances have no cash value. You can't buy them, sell them, trade them or withdraw them, and nothing you win can be exchanged for prizes of any kind.

The site never asks for a payment or a card number. If something that claims to be Big Free Casino asks you to pay, it isn't us.

Adults, for entertainment

Big Free Casino is for adults 21 and older, and it is for entertainment only. Practice or success here doesn't mean you will have success at real-money gambling. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, see play responsibly for free, confidential help.

How the games work

Cards and dice come from your browser's cryptographic random generator. The games follow real casino rules and pay tables, and we checked each game's house edge against the published figure by simulation or exact count.

We take care with all of it, but we provide the games as information and entertainment with no warranty, and they may contain mistakes. Real casinos vary, so check a casino's own rules before you play there.

Game names and trademarks

Game and bet names such as Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Let It Ride, Mississippi Stud, Spanish 21, EZ Baccarat and Face Up Pai Gow Poker may be trademarks of their owners, including Light & Wonder, Inc. Big Free Casino is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. The site uses the names only to describe the rules each game follows.

Acceptable use

Play as an ordinary player. Don't use bots, scripts or other automation to play. Don't try to break, overload or probe the site, and don't tamper with the jackpot meter, the play log or anyone else's play. We can block access for anyone who does.

Our work

The card designs, table art, sounds and code are the work of Miles Media. You're welcome to play and to share links to Big Free Casino. Please don't copy or republish it.

No warranty

Big Free Casino is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Your balance, stats and settings live in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. We can't restore them.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we may change, pause or end any part of the site, including promotions, bonuses, rewards tiers and the jackpot. When the terms change, we will update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
